Brenda Broger, ARNP, graduated from Wayne State University in Detroit in 1991 with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She graduated from Florida State University with her Masters of Nursing in 2007. She is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in both administrative and clinical nursing. She is a member of the Council of Advanced Practice Nurses, and received the Journal of Pediatric Health Care's Ellen Rudy Clore Excellence in Research writing award in 2011.
She has been instrumental in her role as nurse practitioner with Southeastern Center for Infectious Diseases over the past several years. She has been proficient and invaluable in the acute care setting through the diagnosis and treatment of adult patients with infectious disorders. She has also played a significant role in counseling members of the our community as they travel abroad.
Originally from Barwick, Georgia, she and her husband of 25 years have been residents of the Tallahassee area for the past 10 years. In her spare time she enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her two sons.
